What can I use for an intake pipe leading to my turbo?
I am trying to get a pipe to lead from my turbo so I can put a filter on it. I have seen a few of my friends that have done it, they cut up a few old intakes and made something that worked but they didnt remember what intakes they were or anything. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can use. I would rather not get a pipe made for it

I used a 45 degree silicon elbow and a 45 degree steel pipe, but I will eventually replace all my steel pipes with aluminum. Just find an intake or CAI with the right bend in it and cut off the excess. No-name aluminum intakes from Ebay are cheaper than buying the piping from places like burnsstainless.com anyway. Bad thing is most intakes are 3" or at least 2.5" which is too big to do your IC piping. The only 3" on mine besides exhaust is the turbo's filter pipe!

If you have clearance around your fan you can use a 45 deg. 3" silicone elbow and either a 90-93 accord or 95 neon intake pipe. Just get a cheap one and trim it where necessary. I am building a kit right now and the neon pipe was really close. Only needed minor trimming.
