What can I do to gain more top end power?

What can I do to gain more top end power?
Heres is my dyno plot for my car:
and my setup:
Stock B18B
T04B/T3 turbo
full 3" exhaust
MF2
BTM
ITR flywheel
As you can see my torque starts to drop as RPMs raise. If I could keep that 185ft/lbs throughout the whole band I'd be making 240hp. So what can I do to raise my high end torque? From what I've been told its due to the LS head and cams.. Would a intake manifold and TB help at all? I'd like to not do internal work.

I am thinking the same thing with my setup.
stock B18B
T3/T4 54 trim
8 psi only made 189 WHP
Car feels slow.
I am thinking of getting a better flowing Intake Manifold. Skunk/JG....ext
Cams would be nice but I don't have the money for it right now. Also I would assume if we would run more boost 10-12 psi that would help out alot.

do any of you think that this is just the way the LS is? I mean, VTEC was created for a reason, because regular cams dont do good for high end power, right? So there just isn't that much hope of good top end power with LS cams?
If this is true, its making me really regret getting an LS. Say I could make the same 185ft/lbs on a GSR, and because of VTEC it would hold that kind of power till redline. That would be about 280hp. Thats 80hp more. damn.
