what brand clutches do you guys use???
i did a search but couldnt find anything. i use to have a act heavy duty pp and 6 puck disc in my old ls but i didnt like how it chattered all the time? anyone using a sprung hub 6 puck like the clutchnet? so yeah, what brand clutches are you guys using and how many psi?

ACT Xtreme Pressure plate, Street Disc, mated to a clutchmaster 9lb flywheel. I had it for about three years, but I think the street disc is wearing thin already. Starting to feel a slip at 6.5psi even after rebleeding the clutch lines. Someone point me in the direction for good deal on a kevlar disc

Steve. just bring the RPMs up a little more and it will go away. Mine will only chatter at real low RPMs when I under-gas it.

Just to inform you guys, action does have a 6puck with sprung hub available. I'm running the action 2ms, which is the stage 2 with sprung hub and it has NO chatter at all. Kyle should be able to help you guys out on action stuff. Paul

Just to inform you guys, action does have a 6puck with sprung hub available. I'm running the action 2ms, which is the stage 2 with sprung hub and it has NO chatter at all. Kyle should be able to help you guys out on action stuff. Paul

ditto also - ACT Xtreme pressure plate, street disc, jun lightweight flywheel.
I hear that ACT pressure plates have a tendence to warp over time...almost everybody that has owned an ACT with a fair amount of miles has said this. But you cant complain they last a good time and they have a great peddle feel. Id buy another one.
