What is the best way to BOOST my 97 Civic EX (D16Y8)? Your opinion Counts!!!
I have a 97 Civic EX I want to Boost. Here are the options I am considering:
1) Endyne has a NEW supercharger that is coming out and it appears to lay down some serious numbers, especially torque in the low RPMS. See theoldone.com for info. They claim B16s making 350-400HPwith stock internals on their kit!!!!!!!
2) Greddy Turbo/IC installed & tuned by Jotech
3) F-MAX Turbo installed by myself (kit is expensive!!)
4) DRAG Turbo installed by myself

what about the apexi kit? you no like?
It's all about your funds and how far you wanna go...
if you want seroius power go w/ Fmax or Drag, build the bottem end and boost
you just want some nice street power...go w/ Greddy..all about how much you want to spend and how far you want to go.

Re: What is the best way to BOOST my 97 Civic EX (Transition)
Like he said, the ENDYN is vaporware. My brother just got a Greddy kit. Very nice, IMO, the only way to go. You will need extras like the BOV, IC, some guages, plugs, but EASILY the best "bang for buck" mod for these cars.
