Default What bends do I need to do my FMIC piping?

im going to place an order with atpturbo.com. doing 2.5" aluminum IC piping from turbo (top mounted gt35r) to the PTE-750 IC to the throttle body. I will be running the piping up through the hole in my frame (EG Coupe)

I want it to come out like this car:

What bends will I need? It looks like 45º from throttle body, then stright piece, then 90º, I would assume 2 more 90º would be needed for the cold side of the IC. for the hot side I think I would need a 90º from the turbo, then 2 90º's to make a U and maybe another piece of stright tube. is that all I need?
2 18" strights
1 45º
6 90º

anything else? is that to much? to little?

Also is it worth it for the hump hose?

You don't use two 90* bends to make the U's - you just buy the U-bends. You can make pipes for almost any application out of the following:

1 - 45*
1 - straight section
4 - U-bends.

And the hump hoses are not worth it. All they do is allow a little extra flex, they aren't stronger or anything. Just cut the pipes right and you won't need the hump hoses.

Actually, maybe you only need three u-bends? Here is the tunertoys piping kit for civic models. You probably have to be imaginative to make this one work.

And sorry, I don't know about alum. I went mild because I don't know how to weld alum

I made my piping from 4 aluminized 2.5" U bends. No straight sections required. For my 95 LS-T.

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by EnzoSpeed &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">How'd you pipe it to your tb?</TD></TR></TABLE>

the straight sections coming off the bends were enough length. I meant that I did not have to buy any extra straight pieces.
