its an h22a1, and the machine shop is also a parts place, and they said to run their bearings, for the mains and rods...should i , or should i use honda ones.

also where can i get a high volume oil pump and water pump?

use stock if you can get it, they're backordered forever...or use ACL, they're bad ***, and they fit really really well.....just like stock..

why would you need a hi volume water pump and oil pump, the amount of oil and coolant you;re running is still the same...use water wetter if you want....

i just like to over prepare then under prepare, seems to work better,

good thinking but it's really really unnecessary.....the only way for water pump to flow more coolant if you can somehow re-design the blade to angle it differently than stock to flow at a faster rate....too much money for no gain IMO..

oil pump....same story...many Pro racers that I know personally runs stock pumps, don't underestimate the stock OEM parts...they can handle more than you think...
