What all do I need to get my car tuned?
Sorry im really new to turbo hondas (or any turbo car for that matter). Im rounding up the finishing touches on my turbo install and I want to get it tuned asap. I have a chipped p28 ecu by Phearable. Running a 2 1/4" open downpipe. Do I need a o2 bung in there for a wideband? Hell I dont even know what a Wideband really is. Do I need my own EMS? Crome? Hondata? A laptop to run the software?
Im sorry im really clueless to this ****. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I can list my setup also if it helps. Also in the future, after a block rebuild and a bigger exhaust system, I plan on turning up the boost and having a retune. Which system would be helpful?

Just find a local tunner and tell them what you got and theyll tell you what they need. Most have thier own laptops and programs.

it would help if you listed your setup but Basically if you show up with the right size injectors & fuel management your good to go. You should have a 02 bung and update your fuel pump

yeah, find a tuner. he/she will be your most resourceful tool and can tell you what you'll need to get.
since you already have a chipped p28, i'm guessing you'll just run crome? it's free, so you won't need to buy an ems system.
the tuner usually has the laptop and wideband, so you won't need to worry about that.

Sweet thanks guys. I have rc 750 ccs, walbro 255hp, chipped p28. So i pretty much have my **** together except for a ems system.
So I should have a 02 bung welded in before I run off somewhere that tunes with crome?
Ride Revolution is the only place in my state listed. I called them earlier and they gave me some **** about not taking anymore dyno orders or something. I didnt really care what the reason was, they cant tune me he said and I need to find someplace nearby.
I guess just any place with a dyno can tune my car with crome?
Btw, are all the 02 bung sizes the same? Ive heard some widebands wont just "plug" right in and requires a wider bung?
Anyways bump for more info!
