SOme of you may choose to have the "T" mounted on the firewall, if you do this, then you WILL NEED 2 more 981604 and 2 more 300104 and you wont need 991101.

OK, I just spent a half hour putting together a shopping list for you. Keep in mind this is exactly how I did my feed/return system. I decided not to use the factory oil sensor because i went with a mechanical oil pressure gauge that runs off the feed "T" coming off the block. Also I used a union in the pan---drilled bigass hole and sealed with silicon, in this case Im giving you stratoseal p/n so you can do it right (which I didnt do--in light of getting turbo install done)
All part numbers are from amstreetrod.com ---best prices and parts are always in stock.
Feed:
1/8 nipple for block -- 991101
1/8 "T" -- 991701
1/8 to -4AN -- 981604
(2 needed) -4AN straight swivelseal hose ends -- 300104
(4 ft needed) -4AN ss hose -- 400040
For adapter to turbo you will need one of these depending on the size of the hole on the turbo itself.....
1/8 npt hole 982204 (Smaller T3's use this one I believe)
1/4 npt hole 982244 (This was the one I used for my t3t4)
Return:
Aluminum return flange found at turbocharged.com p/n is 20259.
-10AN flange side male to hose -- 824510
(2 ft needed) -10AN hose -- 400100
-10AN 45 to pan fitting -- 804610
-10AN union for tapping pan -- 981510
-10AN bluhead nut for union in pan -- 992410
Stratoseal for union (package includes 2) -- 178014
This should be all. Probably a little on the pricey side, but no one ever said going turbo is cheap!!

you usually don't need an inlet flange...some do but a lot of them have 1/8" npt threads to you use an adapter to go from that to -3 or -4 whichever you are using.

Is anyone using the blue hose type like in the pic for the oil return? How does that compare to the braided line? Does it just connect to the fittings with hose clamps?

No hose clamps are necessary with the fittings shown. Aeroquip push on hose fittings and hoses are hard to push together and even harder to take apart. The only difference is the hose's external durability. Other than that they both do the same thing. Not much price difference, though, so I would get braided.
