Wastegate vacuum line
Ive got 2 questions and I searched and found one.
1. Which port do I use on the wg if not using a boost controller? The one on the side right? Searched that one, would like a confirm.
2. I guess i'll run my line where the cruise controll was or something on the intake manifold. Since i dont have any steel braded lines id like to run the silicone tubes around the engine and crankcase so the silicone line wont be touching the hot engine. But ive heard the longer the line is from the vacuum source to the wastegate the worse. Shouldnt be more than 3-4 feet. Will it be ok with that length?
thanks guys

Re: Wastegate vacuum line (Wickedsol94)
IDC what anyone else says, i run mine from the compressor to the controller or in your case the side port. you can run it to the manifold, keep it as short as possible.

Well with my setup my silicone hose would be all over the mani. Dont want them to melt ;(
Other people say you should always use the same vacuum source for wg,bov, mbc.
Anyone here used 3-4 feet of tubing for wg vacuum?
