wastegate ..."situation"
so.. i dont have a boost gauge yet cuz im poor, lol, but my wastegate is set to .4 bar lol wow so much... but in anycase.. the guys who did my turbo have the wastegate on the turbo manifold like its suppoesd to... but the two ports (on top and on opposite side of dump tube) dont go anywhere.. they are suppoesd to have vaccum hoses im pretty sure.. but to where? any vaccum source?
ive been told that they need to be welded to the turbo.. is that true?
thanks guys

the one on the side needs to go to the compressor of your turbo. the one on the top should be left alone since you are not using an EBC. Someone please correct me if im wrong. I need to do a search.

Tial Wastegate setup -
EBC - Top and Side ; MBC or no BC at all - Side port, leave top open

I really hope you haven't boosted the car without your wastegate hooked up. I'd recommend getting a cheap autozone boost gauge as well. It's not something you want to expletive around with.
