Default Warmer Humid air=slugish car?

When I tuned my car it was a nice cool night in mid november with 0% humidity and nice cool air. The weather has been kind of shitty lately around here and constantly raining. We are up to 100% humidity and it is about 50 degrees out. Lately my car has been feeling sluggish and is idling about 200rpm lower then usual. THe a/f ration is also WAY richer then it should be. It also seems to be a little sluggish when driving.

What im asking is, could this weather be the reason for all my problems? I plan on taking out some fuel and retuning it this weekend hopefully if I get some time. Just wanted to hear others opinions.
Thanks

yep, usually you have a tune for spring/summer and one for late fall/winter. You got your car wanting that cold dense air from winter and its getting that nasty humid ****

Yeah i run off the same basemap in the summer as i do the winter but i pull the timing just a little as well as boost; when cold.

You could always just run a more conservative step-retard during the winter.

A humid atmosphere has fewer 22 molecules per cubic foot. This means that there is less potential for power and the motor will run a bit richer due to less 02 in the chamber.

yeah thats what I was thinking, I just wanted to get some more opinions from you guys. I will probably pull some fuel in vacuum, add some boost and timing and see you it does.
