Afraid that wouldnt work so well.....you would want the smallest pulley possible on the supercharger and the largest possible on the crank. I dont think its possible regardless of bore/stroke to get 400hp out of a Honda block. You're going to need a supercharger that flows more than the stock M62 blowers that come w/ the JRSC kits...N20 is the only way you'll hit that power...or a turbo

The M62 that comes with your JRSC kit won't move enough air for 400 WHP, period.
This is what a 3rd-gen M62 flows:
That's not even close to what you'd need to make 400, and if you overspin it then the blower quickly loses efficiency and makes less power.
I only have a compressor map for a 5th-Gen M62, which is more efficient than your 3rd-Gen, but even that isn't going to get anywhere near 400:

If you wanna go up in HP lose the 4-2-1 header go with 4-1 your gonna loose torqe but gain hp also you wanna do a fuel system complete and you will have to get custom pully setup you can modify older mustang ones also you will have to fabricate intercooler setup buy the time you do all this your block might not be able to hold the power. With that setup if you make 350 you should be happy the only way you will make 4 is if you had used a vortech setup wider array of upgrades

With that setup if he makes 350 then he should be arrested for violating the laws of physics. Then he should invest in lottery tickets.
