Default Vibration, think it might be axles

Well just got the car tuned by Jeff Evans 2 days ago and now its parked. I have the worst luck with this thing. Last night do a 1st-3rd pull. In 3rd start feeling a weird vibration. I slow down and the car is lightly vibrating. I limp it home and park. Jack it up and the axles appear to be OK. Now like 3 days before getting the car tuned I would hear like this humming from my driver side front tire while just normally driving down the road. The vibration is worse at high RPMS. I am running BFG drag radials on stock axles which have like 100k miles on them. I am thinking axle because the car was spinning tire through 2nd and then i felt the vibration right before I shifted to 3rd. Now since I heard the humming a few days prior I am also thinking wheel bearing. Also if I am crusing in 4th at like 3k and i let the car slowly rev down at like 2k i feel a vibration almost in the tires. Any ideas?

Thanks

i have a similar situation, i'll be interested to hear what people say.

my vibrations are only when i'm on the power and in upper rpm's i'm fairly certain its an axle...

The vibration could be a number of things, make sure your trans is full, if the fluid is nasty change it out. My buddies delsol has that same weird vibration on new axles so it could be those but i dont think so. Are you running stock motor mounts or aftermarket? the vibration could also be slight wheel hop. what are you running for suspension? any traction bars?

post your setup and numbers to be help diagnose the situation, my buddies delsol has been doing the same thing but it comes and it goes, we havent figured it out but it hasnt harmed anything at all so screw it. also he is running stock motor mounts which i think is half the problem because there so beat the motor is moving alot under acceleration

Find out if its vehicle or engine speed dependant. Push in the clutch when its making the noise, see if it goes away.

I'm running stock motor mounts with ES inserts. I have a ITR LSD and I have traction bars. Will see if its vehicle or speed dependant in a little bit. Thanks.

Last two times I had this happen to me, turned out to be a bad carrier bearing on the intermediate shaft, might want to check it out.

with most of my LS bottom ends, they will vibrite when under load, in my case its either engine or tranny because its only under accelaeration.

Stock cranks and harmonic balancers.
