Default Very quiet for turbo car

Im just curious....does anyone know why my car sounds like an n/a gsr, not like a turbo gsr....because a friend of mine has basically the same setup as me and his car sounds soooo much different when it makes boost and at idle....we both have 3'' exhaust with no cat. y would his be louder? Sry if this sounds stupid, Im just trying to see if this has anything do with my car not being tuned right

Turbo noise is more attributed to your wastegate, turbo, and of course BOV. How do yours compare to his?

There ya go. If your HKS makes any kind of noise, it'll be the light "cha-cha-chaaaa" that they are famous for. His BOV is a whistle.
