Valves or messed up turbo?
So i can't tell what is up with my turbo teg. After a hard day at the auto cross earlier this year, my car started making a faint tapping/fluttering sound only under throttle. It also only makes this sound when it is gear. It won't make the sound when the car is in neutral and the motor is revved. I can't tell if i have a valve train problem or if there is something broken with my turbo. my car is open down pipe, so it hard to tell exactly where the sound is coming from or what the sound is. Please help guys!!!

Install cortemphttp://www.alcpu.com/CoreTemp/CoreTemp.zip on your laptop and see what your processor temp is. If it is over 70 degrees C, then you processor driver is not functioning correctly. If your processor driver isn't functioning correctly, reinstall them and the problem should be fixed. good luck!

could it be related to his blow off valve possibly a leak in the vacum line ? The reason i say this is it only occures under load not at idle ?

ok, so i popped my hood and found 2 exhaust manifold bolts missing and 2 bolts from turbo to manifold missing.
Turns out that my bov was tightened all the way down. I'm going loosen it and/or add springs to it. Hopefully this will help.
