valve settings for turbo???
is there any advantage to changing the honda specified valve clearances on a turbo converted zc? just a thought.... anyone tried it? if so what were the results?

the valves im meaning are under the tappets, the engine is DOHC. I thought maybe widening the valves may help turbo cars??? especially on the intake side

iff you have bigger valves at the exhaust side will the gases flow faster, and you can get some extra hp with that.

how much bigger thou? in theory it would mean a bit more HP, not loads thou. would it kind of fool the engine into thinking it had lower compression cuz the enterance and exit is bigger so to speak?

I would leave it stock. If you make close the gap you run the risk of the pistons hitting the valves. If you open the gap you are decreasing the lift and duration and your engine will begin to get noisy because of the harsh contact of the cam to rocker arm.
