Default With a VAFC, what else is needed to properly run a turboed B18c 8-10psi w/o throwing CEL's

subject might be vague, but i will elaborate.
I will be purchasing a FMAX kit for my b18c1, i have a VAFC and a kenji reprogrammed p28,skunk2mani, intank 255, FPR & gauge. I will make a 3 inch downpipe and exhaust, kit comes with a tial 38mm WG which will be ran atmospheric. I am NOT going to use the ERL2 crap that comes with the kit for the record...

I would like to have 250-275Whp, which i think can be done at 8-10pSI with this setup. Ive read the 8 pages of the GM 3bar map sensor, VAFC, and 440cc injectors,,, makes sense,,, but ide rather buy hondata. Well, i dont feel like dishing out $$$ for hondata currently. so my question is this:

I install the turbo kit, i can use my VAFC for tuning, what else should i buy to make the engine function properly with the turbo kit?? SO i can take it to someone who can dyno tune it and not send me packing because something isnt right and i need this and that...
--MSD 6btm?
--missing link?
--FMU? (wich is included, but i know people dont use them with a VAFC )
--larger injectors needed for 8-10psi with this kit?

Basically i wanna know what parts and or combination i need to make this setup work properly so i can tune it, have proper timing retard per lb of boost, not throw annoying CEL's, and basically enjoy the damn car!!!
i am calling out all turbo guru's that dont use hondata, uberdata, or anything good. just kidding...

The ERL2 additional injector controller you spurn is superior to AFC hack or FMU.

From the content of your post.. keep researching. You still don't know enough to go on. If you knew the problems with small injector/high ration FMU setup's fuel pressures, or the extreme ignition advance suffered by the AFC hack, or the manner in which a BTM does nothing to address AFC hack ignition recurve... you wouldn't have asked any of the questions you have.

afc hack is ghetto for about the same price, u could go with chrome or urberdate, wanabe-FREE hondata style units; just as good.

i am aware how the VAFC and 6btm causes conflicts with timing. I made this post because i see a fair ammount of people useing simple setups and having decent success. As for a turboed car, it is nothing new to me, my mazda when it was rotary powered,,, had a garret gt66 single, 3in dp/exhaust, apexi power FC, SMIC, and some other goodies. J davis, i have seen your posts and respect your knowledge, you know boosted honda's hands down...

this car is my daily beater, i have a nitrous setup, that was working like a champ on the street,,, but when i went to the track yesterday, it was acting up.(need to make a thread about that) Turbo would be the more reliable/more power for me, but at the same time i want a reliable setup with minimal problems. (who doesnt?) After reading all the problems with boost on a VTEC honda, i dont think i want to deal with it.

I think i'l just stick with the nitrous to hold me over untill i get the mazda running. Pulled 13.7 on motor yesterday with slicks that are way too big,,, wish i could have gotten one clean nitrous pass. Should break 12.99's on the 80shot.

on my old B16 setup, I ran SAFC w/370cc injectors..missing link also

that gave me 278/209 with no CEL's...10psi
