Upgrading the DP Elbow on B-series Greddy 18G Kit...
I know this topic has been beaten to death but I've been searching for a couple hours and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for so I figured I'd throw up a thread and see if anyone has any experience...
Most all of the threads deal with upgrading the downpipe itself for the kit, which I do not need as I already have a 3" downpipe/testpipe that bolts to the Greddy elbow. My question is what can be done to upgrade the elbow while keeping a/c?
Has anyone ported their elbow with any success? I realize I won't be able to fully port it out to 3" to match my DP, but with it being 2" I'd think any real gain in diameter would help drastically...
My other idea was to order an aftermarket o2 housing made for an sr20det such as this:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Megan...Q5fAccessories
Which also uses a t25 outlet flange. I'm sure it'd have no issues bolting up to the turbo, but would their be an issue running into the a/c compressor or lining up with the 3 bolt flange for the DP? Anyone tried anything similar?
Thanks for the help in advance H-T!

x2
and since the manifold puts the turbine so close to the a/c it is tough to make a good flowing one. It has to almost come straight out at a 90 degree angle
