Default Update: Ls/vtec blowzilla aem tuned dc2

Hey what's up guys! First a little background info. Some of ya maybe know me from posting on here a lot in the last 6 months or so.....I've been recently building an ls/vtec turbo dc2. My old setup last year was straight ls, golden eagle sleeves, wiseco/eagle rods, pnp head, obx cams, sfp race manifold, t3 .63ar/t04e 60 trim, 3" dp to 3" exhaust, aem tuned by Tim Switzer to 373whp 290wtq on 18psi on pump gas. I ended up blowing the headgasket due to improper torque and decided to go ls/vtec instead. I sourced a gsr head and conversion kit and soon was installed also with a hp racing sheet metal intake(Thanks Damian!) About a week later the timing belt slipped colliding the valves and bending them. Off came the head, brought it here to school, Wyotech, pnp, Rev dual springs, KMS retainers, and my instructor massaged a 3 angle valve job on her.
This now brings me to last weekend. I ended up getting delphi 1000cc injectors, type r oil pump, and a new .63ar blowzilla!! The last two weekends me and Accordlove and put in dual 10 hour nights to get her together and boy was it a bitch........way too much to type. Anyways we had to drill out my golden eagle fuel rail to 9/16" to accept the new injectors and installed a stainless line from rail to filter, what a bitch! Monday morning comes and we tried to get her running before I had to go back to school and soon realized a few other things. Small fuel leak on the filter and spark plug wires on wrong!!! Fixed those two things and she fired right up, this time not shooting raw fuel out the tailpipe. Sync the timing in with the aem and she purred like a kitten at 3k, yes 3k. We ran outta time before we could dial in the idle so it'll have to wait til i come from school this weekend to get her on the road. Hopefully in these next coming weeks D-tuned will be coming out to put a steller tune on it. Without further delay heres the pics.
Thanks for looking
Ryan

well i went and work on the car today since we were hearing a clicking noise in the head every now and then when it was running. i took off the valve cover and cams to see if there was anything was in the head, everything looked good. so i put everything back togather, when i went to turn the crank with the t belt on it was really hard to turn so i took out the spark plugs. tried it again. this time it was hard to move at first the it was fine. with the belt off the exhust cam is the one that dosint want to move like it should. it binds up in one spot. if any one could give us some ideas why its doing this it would be great. the valve lash is in spec too.
p.s how do you like our computer set up? it was a last resort!

make sure its not at tdc or BDC so that the exhaust valves are not hitting when your "trying" to turn it over.. and of course torque the cam caps.

Just got off the phone with D-tuned and he said the exhaust cam was hanging up due to it not being centered. he said to use a straight edge on the cam sprokets to line them up and that would allieviate my problem. Thanks Dameon!! Should make some good power.
