up grade my turbo

anyone have any suggestion if im looking to upgrade a turbo for a fully built integra Type R engine

What do you mean "upgrade a turbo"? Do you already have a turbo charger on your built R?

i have a drag T3/T4 but im looking to go bigger and i dont no what to get

How much boost are you running? What is the rest of your setup?

if you want soem serious power with some lag, go with a Garrett T3/T04E .82/ar stage V wheel, .60 or .70a/r with 60trim compressor

make sure you get ball bearing, that will lessen the lag

and since you have an ITR with a 8500 redline, you should be in boost for quite some time
