They won't cause any problems as long as you get a pulley set rather than a crank pulley. Theoretically a crank pully is bad if it is not dampened which I don't think any are but there are many people running them without problems. Honestly though it's probably not worth the money either way to pick up 3-5 HP.

I have AEM pulleys on my setup, no problems. Whatever set you go with (if you do) you probably don't want to mess around with a crank pulley.
