Type R Turbo, best turbo spark plugs and gap size? help

Whats up people, i need a good set of spark plugs and the proper gap size?
I have heard something about a colder plug?
Any suggestions?
I have a stock ignition system.
GT28R turbo, tunned up to 9 lbs. 269hp/192tq

NGK- bkr7e-11 gap to .028-.030.

I would go with w.e my tuner suggests honestly . And not trying to seem like a dick vspec1 what's the diff between the 2 besides 1 being jdm and the other being usdm?
