1) Just did a compresion test on my stock internals/turbo b16a2 car and my numbers were 155, 155, 153, 151. <are those correct or ok?
2) Ok and for spark plugs, i searched and i found that i should cap them to .03 is that correct also?
Thanks for your help.

not the best compression but its fine. Mine were 180 across. @ 103k miles
2. Depends on how much boost you're running. I have mine gapped at .028. If you're running like 8-15lbs or so .028 will do you fine. So.. .028-.030 will be fine.

That compression seems really low, mine was much higher. Did you hold the throttle plate open and pull the F/I fuse when you did the compression check?

No i didnt hold the throttle plate open and does pulling the f/i fuse cut the fuel delivery? I guess i should have done those things...?

Definitely, you don't want fuel hosing down your cylinder walls while you're checking your compression and if the throttle plate is closed your numbers will be way low. Please post your numbers when you re-do the test,I'd be interested in seeing how much of a difference there is.

Yes they do!
And i checked my spark plug gap and it was .040 SO i changed it to .034. That should help with missfireing under hi boost/high rpms.
