Default TurboXS RFL BOV Washer Help....

I recently got a rfl from my friend but with no instructions. I was wondering, what are the extra washers for?

THose washers go inside the BOV if its too loud for u... So lets say u want to quiet down the RFL, then u stick the washers in, which makes the spring inside stiffer and harder to open, its just for adjustability.

are they washers or more like something that the BOV attaches to? i beleive, they come with a steel one, and also an aluminum one... if this is what you are talking about. use the one for your application, and put the other ones on a shelf or something

it adjusts the hard/softness of the BOV i believe..... like on the greddy type s, but the type s uses a screw instead.

ummm those washers are not there for u to make it quieter/louder. So your saying that if u want to make it quieter, just add all the washers in? Wouldnt u think that if it makes the spring stiffer that it wouldnt blow off right and get compressor surge at low psi?

back to topic, those washers are for when you are boosting more to stiffen the spring so that it wont open under heavy boost. It IS adjustability, but not for loudness
