Turbonetics Super 60
How much do these usually sell for? Looking into boosting a d series and I've read that Garrett's isn't technically a super 60. And that Turbonetics makes the only true Super 60.
Thanks in advance

those are about $675, and garrett made the 1st one a LONG time ago.

Alright, but I've read that the Garrett Super 60 is really just a 60 trim and not a Super 60.
But also it's under 500 so that's a plus.
Also what would you guys recommend for a D-Series build that is going to start out around 200whp and then eventually be around 300. The .48 AR Garrett, or the .63 AR one?

Re: (joevincett)
I actually have a D-series as our shop/turbo car using a smaller GT3147 journal bearing that has a 47 trim on it, does about 180whp or so, and can go to about 320whp. Haven't dyno'd yet, because we're just using an fmu to about 10psi with it. We liked it even better than the super 60. we're using a .48A/R in that one.
But I'd use either the GT3147, T3 Super 60 from Garrett (though it is a 3 bolt flange and internally gated) or even a 16G if you're not that worried about big power later.

This is from VS Racing
T3 Super 60 externally gated in options of .48ar or .63ar T3 4bolt discharges.. This unit is good for 300-320hp applications.
And the picture looks like you would use an external wastegate. So you'd suggest the Super 60 with the .42/.48?
