Default Turbonetics Deltagate: Lowest PSI possible?

Just wondering what is the lowest I can set the deltagate (without a boost controller), and how do I go about doing it. The sticker on mine says 9, so
I'm guessing it's set for max boost of 9psi.

Do I wind out the screw to lower boost?
