turbomanifold bolts!?!?
i am having a hard time keeping my bolts tight. it seems liek almost every other nite the bolts are coming loose. i am refering to the bolts that would hold the turbo to the manifold. anyone experience this and what was the best way to go about fixing this. i was under the impression that once a week they would loosen but **** i didnt think they would come all the way out.

Maybe some threadlock? I forget which is which between the blue and the red. I know one is for a permanent lock and the other is used if you plan on pulling out the bolts in the future.

I had this problem too. I used the red liquid header gasket stuff and its been fine since. Also get a flex pipe if you dont already have one. Lockwashers too. All three of these should end your problem.

What about using jam nuts? They will be a little harder to get off, but Im pretty sure they won't back them selves off at all.

dont use lock nuts with nylon inserts, they melt, use spring washers and grade 8 steel fasteners, not stainless because they expand at different rates, if possible use a torque wrench to apply the same force to each nut, less chance for them to loosen when hot/cooling down. never use red loctite on anything you may want to remove in the future.
