Welp...... I got everything back together tonight, and it turned into a oh **** moment. I fired the car up and it sounded just as it should, so I just needed to verify that the transmission was ok by going through the gears while the car was running. ( car is still on jack stands ) Soon as I went to release the clutch in 1st gear I could see the wheel jerk and the car stalled out, I tried multiple times with the same result. I put the car in neutral and released the clutch and the same result, now with the clutch pushed in or the car off it’s easy to shift through the gears but soon as the clutch was let out it’s over. I about gave up knowing I was going to need to take the transmission back out and apart to see what I could have missed, put I finally got pissed off and started the car .... reved up the engine and released the clutch in reverse....... I had a little thud and the wheels took off spinning!! Come to find out the Carbon synchros apparently got to dry with everything being apart and they was sticking and holding the transmission from turning somehow. I let the transmission spin for a minute and the gears started shifting smoother and smoother. I knew the carbon synchros needed oiled during installation which I did a few days ago, but they dried out enough I guess to cause this. This is the first time I’ve ever seen this happen and hoping it’s the last lol. I had twoorder two bolts from Honda which will be here in the morning and I’ll should be back on the street tomorrow........

I picked up a replacement stage 4 CC single disc and a new flywheel for now, before I spent the money on a twin disc I needed to make sure the engine was not hurt....I also found a hydro transmission and converted the car back to hydro while things was apart. I didn’t want to buy a twin disc that only worked with the old cable transmissions. Now that I know the engine is ok, I’ll start saving for that twin disc
