in a day and age where there are so many fly by night companys, i think that it is good to come across a company that still cares about customers.

I wont make this long and drawn out, but here is a quick run down of my dealings with Tim @ Turboelements.com.

when i was looking for a turbo (t3t4e 57 trim), he was able to beat everyone price by ~ $50 and he included shipping
he had the turbo instock and i recieved it in ~3 days.
he was willing to drop alittle turbo knowledge on me and help me decide which turbo would be best for my setup too

H also gave me a great deal on my Tial 38mm wastegate

recently i was shopping around for a new turbine housing.
Tim gave me a quote ( ~ $30 cheaper then the lowest i could find)
then i relaized that we would both be at the NOPI event in AZ.
i asked if i could save alittle on shipping and just pick it up.

he met me at nopi and delivered

all in all, i would recomend anyone (and have recomended people) to turboelements.com .

I can definately vouch for Tim. I called him and needed an exhaust manifold for one of our turbo cars to make dyno day. He did not have one ready for me, so he made one for me over the weekend. Then he called me on Moday, told me it was finished and shipping out. I received it on Wednesday, installed it Thursday, and the car was on the dyno Saturday. Great customer service, great product, and great prices.
