Turbo'd the B16, STILL Have Exhaust Leaks....Missing turbine bolts?
So i turboed the B16, i didnt replace the exhaust manifold gasket, but i did use a ton of copper gasket maker on the collector flange as well as the 5 bolt flange down pipe. Havent seen any signs of leakage from either. I still seem to have an exhaust leak though. Is there any way to tell if i need a new manifold-to-head gasket?
You can hear the typical exhaust leak noise when accelerating and its really annoying. Could it be that a couple bolts are missing on the exhaust housing turbine??!
When i got the turbo, some bolts that allow me to loosen the turbine side and clock the turbo were missing. My guess, its missing around 3-4 bolts on the inner part of the turbine side, right beside the middle cartridge part. Hopefully i described that properly.
The turbo is a GT3076R if it matters!
hopefully i can get some tips to get this fixed, and if anyone knows what size/pitch those bolts are, please post them up!

Replace the gasket they only like 8 bucks. Those bolts on turbo shouldnt make a difference. Leak could be cracked downpipe, Turbo to manifold leak which is a common problem or just the gasket and missing bolts. I usually start car when cold have someone give alittle gas.Just get under hood and feel around most time you can feel the leak.
Edit also which bolts are you looking for the size to also
