Default turbo vaccum lines thickness??

what should the thickness be on the vaccum line going from wastegate to intake manifold ( 3mm-4.5mm-6mm etc) the reason im asking is because i have a feeling that the thickness will vary the boost reading on the wastegate.
if its a certain size the should all the vaccum lines be the same size on the car i.e from bov etc
would appreciate your help thanks
