gt28RS with a equal length (although the log will help spool up quicker, the Equal length will give better top end). Tuned nicely with a 3" Down pipe and exhaust. But this is all speculating.

Re: Which turbo spools at about 3500rpm? (b18sihatch)
I had a t3/t04b s-trim w/stg1 .48ar making boost by 3k, and 11psi before 4k - on an old, stock d16. That turbine might be a bit restrictive for 8200 rpms though... If you don't mind tossing money at it, the GT28RS can get you 300whp along with a FAST spool. For a better spool and slightly less max whp [from the turbo], the GT28R would be perfect.
BTW shortie/elf manifolds tend to spool up even faster than logs, and flow better up top.

I have a SC34 with a .63 a/r and make 9psi at 3500 rpm. But this is on a b18C1 with CTR cams. You'll probably need to go with a bb chra. What are your power goals?

SR POWER! the 2871 is about the ultimate sr turbo, or the 3037s.

That's what I originally wanted to get...but they were backed up and were going to take about a year. If I had known I was going to get fucked around with my manifold, I would have waited for the GT32.

I just got mine this week. You can now get them built and coated in less than 2 weeks. I got mine from STC (check sig). No numbers yet, but in theory (and in previous testing) the GT3255 spooled fully right around 3200rpm.
