Default Which turbo should i use.

Hey guys i'm having a little trouble deciding which turbo i should use for my new setup looking for some input my old set up was silular to my new one built b16 t3/t04e 57 trim on 93oct and 20psi made a little over 400whp. It spooled quick of course and was great for the streets of course this time i want more (even tho 400 is pleantyl fast for the strrets lol) i want to hit 500+ with still having a good powerband and still having fun with the car it will be on the street 80 percent of the time other 20% at the track. I have even though about getting the 57trim again because it was so fun but with this new setup i feel like a could do better any input would be great.

Set-up
B16a 84mm benson sleeved
micro polished crank
cp pistons
manley rods
oem or acl bearings (thinking of useing oem to make sure i get all clearances on point)
arp head studs
3angle valvejob and port and polish
supertech valves, springs, and retainers
skunk 2 stage 1 or tuner 1 cams (undecided also input on theses as well )
skiunk 2 cam gears
victor x intake manifold
70mm throtle body
aem fuel rail
Aem or aeromotive fuel pressure reg (thinking of going with the aem input here as well )
walbro intank 255
and bosch 044 inline thinking of upgrading the stock feed line to a bigger ss line
ID 1000cc injectors

Lol computer frose never got to finish heres the rest lol

full-race ramhorn
3inch dp and full 3inch thermal exhaust
tial 44wg and 50mm bov
precision fmic
msd or stock ignition idk yet
theres more of course but this is the majorty of it i having a hard time on what turbo gt3076r ?
GT35r?
57trim again ?
t3/60-1
probually more between the 30r and the 35r any input would be great

Good description of what you want except for a few things.

BUDGET? - You're over at least $850-$1000 now.
BEARING SYSTEM? - Ball bearing
DP FLANGING? 4 bolt or 5 bolt or v-band
COMPRESSOR COVER? T04E, T04S, Ported-shroud? Nothing?

C'mon, you knew I was going to ask these things.

budget i know will be high and thats ok if it's done right its worth it plus theres so much money in the motor anyways whats an extra 1000 lol. Ball bearing or journal bearing idk i had a journal before if i got the gt30 or 35r oblviousbly it would be ball bearing but idk whats better or what i want advise or input is more than welcome on which would be better. When i finall order my turbo and dp I'm gonna spend the extra cash and get it in a v-band thats how my old one was and i liked it. Compressor cover ? idk again advise is welcome lol

So, does that mean $1000? $1400? more? They can all be done right with those budgets.

You'd be surprised how much the little things will eat up that same budget. The devil is in the details.

Do you understand the pros/cons of using a ball-bearing cartridge vs. Journal bearing? Are you are that there are some models that can respond like Ball-bearing cartridges, but are still journal bearing? Do you understand the differences in additional parts that are used for the ball-bearing cartridges? there is no BETTER here, there's BETTER FOR YOU. I've always felt that people who haven't gone down this path before need to stay journal bearing for their first time out, but, depending upon the use of the car, you can use a Ball-bearing unit for daily use.

GT30 and GT35Rs are completely different use turbochargers. the fact that you are 1.6 B16A means that you're going to need a lot of rpms and lose response with the larger units. But it won't matter if you're going to the drag strip. 20% "track" days may be enough to say its ok to not be responsive, or you may hate it, if street duty is more the concern. My feeling is you're looking for something in the middle ground. Bigger than a GT30R, but smaller than a GT35R. That typically means that you want something about 60lbs/min as opposed to 52lbs/min or 65lbs/min.

The advice I'm giving is really to look to yourself and other cars that you've experienced or seen to base these decisions. You're all over the map here. PM me, so it can be narrowed down a bit.
