i am looking at two local turbos, they look similar, but the big difference is that one has 11 blades on the turbine wheel and the other only has 10 blades. so which one would be yield a faster spool-up?

one guy said that the 10 would be faster since it has less mass to move, the other guy said that 11 would be faster since it will spin faster when the exhaust gases hit it. i dont know who to believe, but i trust h-t so lemme know what you think, thanks.
