Default Which turbo setup would be best for a 99 Si??? B20/GSR/B16A

Which turbo setup would be best for my buddy... My personal preference I would go with the GSR or B16... What are your guys opinions.... I have a poll posted but please dont hesitate to leave any comments or suggestions.... Thanks

If he is going with stock block, go with the gsr. Its built stronger. Makes good power.

From what I have read the B-series block can handle up to 300whp stock I think you can't go wrong with any b-series motor, but since you have the B16 already boost that. Just my 2 cent

Does the car already have a B16 in it? Then use that.

why take out the b16 and put in a b18c unless it has no more.

yeah it would almost pointless to yank out a perfectly good motor just for turbo unless he was going to go all out and wanted the extra UMPH of the 1.8L.

well he needs to let us know if the b16a2 is already in it, which i would think so since its an SI. But it sounds as if he doesn't have an engine in it right now.
