Turbo setup is finally on! Lots o pics.
I've had this manifold and pretty much all the turbo stuff since back in August when I lived in Hawaii. It's nice to finally see everything come together. First the motor, now this
I'm having some problems with installing hondata, so I'm either going to have to get another basemap burned or pull the injectors back out and install them when I get to the dyno. It's throwing a code 13 and code 16 with the hondata jumper in. Without it, no codes. From what I understand code 13(baro-atmospheric pressure sensor) isn't a real common code on p28's? Hopefully it can be disabled... I'll post up the dyno sheet after I get it tuned(going for 300whp, but who knows).
Motor setup includes
-D16Z6
-CP 9:1 75.5mm pistons
-Stock sleeves(posted block)
-Eagle rods
-ACL bearings
-ARP headstuds
-JDM D15B LSD trans
-ACT xtss
-Windo welded lower mounts
-AEM FPR, jegs gauge
The motor has almost 600 miles on it. We did the rough break in, so I've been beating it since it had 20 miles on it
Turbo setup includes
-Lovefab SST
-T3/T04E 50 trim .63a/r
-Spearco(I'm pretty sure) 24x8x3 backdoor'd cooler
-3" downpipe, 3" exhaust with a cat and magnaflow oval
-tial 35mm gate
-one aluminum, one steel charge pipe, hehe
-Greddy Type-S
-Turbo XS dual stage MBC
-vacuum box
-Hondata S200 with boost
-RC 550 saturated injectors
-Walbro 255 intank
Here are the install pics.
The intercooler backdoor, had to be redone. The old one was 2.5" and center on the endtank. The guy I took it to did such a good job you can't even tell where the old one was.
The intercooler and bumper look like crap, but I don't care I hate trimming bumpers I knew the intercooler would be off center quite a bit, but I didn't expect it to be this much, heh. Also sticks below the bumper in some spots. Now I'm wishing I would have trimmed the bumper support... Would have saved getting the intercooler redone.
Open downpipe sounds mean! I'm tempted at leaving it, but I know it will get old quick. Thanks for looking

Those 13" cheap tires and the stock suspension I'm very weary of. When I jack the car up from the front one side goes up before the other, haha (that will soon change)
Thanks guys

Can't boost it at all until I get the CEL's worked out and get it tuned I recieved a basemap that won't work with my setup(I thought the P28 I had was USDM, but it isn't so it doesn't have the atmospheric pressure sensor).
