Turbo set-up installed on my EK with built GSR
Here are soma pictures of the piping I made for my turbo set-up. I decided to run the Greddy Td05-18g with greddy manifold, custom 2.5" to 3" down pipe, custom 2.5" turbo to intercooler piping, custom 3" piping from intercooler to throttle body. Custom 3" turbo intake piping.
I am now waiting for my Greddy BOV and the 75lb injectors to come in, the HKS bov is just temperary for now.
The motor is a built GSR.

I would think that with a "built" gsr you would use a slightly more aggresive turbo. I mean the 18g is fine, but with those 75 pound injectors i would have gotten something larger. I don't think you will see your goals, even though i am not sure what they are.

Re: (94gsr4dr)
I really wanted to get the sc61 but the money is kinda tight right now and so I just went ahead and installed the 18g since it was lying around .
My goal is to make close to 400 whp, I wanna see what the greddy 18g can do and if it doesn't get me good power to the ground than as soon as I get some extra cash I'll throw in the sc61.
thanks
Rahim

No I custom made the piping myself, Drag uses mild steal piping that tend to rust while all of my piping is aluminium which is lighter, will never rust and is easiler to polish them.
I sell these intercooler for $450 + shipping and you have to let me know what size/diameter you want the inlet and outlet to be.
Once I get the greddy BOV and the injectors, it's off to the dyno to see what the 18g can do. The 18g turbo is fun to drive with so far the boost comes right up, there is a little lag but that is because of the 3" piping.
Thanks
Rahim

How does the bumper hold up without the main support and other brackets underneath the headlights? I'm thinking of doing the same thing with my Civic once I get my intercooler on and mounted up.
