Default Turbo seals / oil line press (h22)

i saw this thread a while ago , and can't find it. I saw someone that posted up about their seals on their turbo going only after a couple thousand miles due to the fact that our h series has such high oil pres at high revs.,

so the question is

what size oil line do you guys use?
and do you use some time or restrictor so that the turbo seals don't see to much oil press?
and whats the max oil press a turbo needs to stay healthy?

i've heard from many sources that 35 psi is a good pressure for a turbo, if constant is better

I read somehwhere a while back that most garrett turbos only require 10psi although of course you can give it a lot more.
