Default Turbo Project Nearing completion, opinions, advice, pointers, all welcome

Well its been over a year of me saving up now, making $8 an hour. I have come up on about $2400 of my final budget (accident, and my dad let me sell his dirtrbike) and my turbo project is about ready to be installed and tuned. Everything major has been ordered except a sandwich feed adapter. The only thing I have done to my since I started saving is 98+ tails, leather rear seats, and I changed the wheels to Rota C8 16x7`s.

My list of parts is pretty long now but it is a stock block B18B1
Cylinder Head: ARP studs, fel-pro top end gasket set, 4 bolt adj cam gears
Fuel System : RC550 sat injectors, Aeromotive fpr, Walbro 255
Management/gauges : Hondata S200b P75, Greddy Profec B-spec II, PLX m-300 wideband, autometer sport-comp oil pressure/temp
Engine acessories: GE vacuum manifold, endyn catch tank, PWR civic dual core half size radiator, AEM underdrive pulleys (last two are installed already)
Exhaust Peakboost Manifold and 3" downpipe, K-teller 3" ss piping, magnaflow 3" ss muffler
Turbo Kit: made in april of 03, peakboost turbo kit consisting of SS equal length manifold, Garrett T3/T40E .60 trim, 2.5 mild steel plumbing, 3" downpipe with flexpipe, TiAL 38mm wastegate and 50mm BOV, earls weldless fittings -4 A.N. feed -10 A.N. return, T bolt clamps, 12:1 fmu (its for sale )
Misc: ATP oil restrictor, exedy stage 1 clutch//pp, exedy lightweight flywheel (both installed and broken in), ATP downpipe studs. Still missing nuts&bolts as I got the kit used (in the box) and it was missing these. Would still like to get a greddy oil feed adapter. Also have ES motor mount inserts

Random info:
I was debating on where I should get it tuned, Modacar (30 min drive) or DSR (1:30) drive. I will probably get an OEM tune up kit for the ignition before it hits the dyno, I also need to buy the NGK`s and an air filter set-up. My fan doesn`t come on and I never rembered it coming (doesn` go above half temp) so I will probably hard wire it in. I have heat wrap but I have heard that it is really bad for the downpipe. I would like to create ducting with sheet metal to scavenge all of the airflow possible for the radiator, intercooler, and intake.

Anyways this is going to be my project thread and I will keep it updated. I am planning or hoping for 250whp on 8-9 psi, with 6psi for normal around town fun.
Also hoping for high high 12`s once everything is dialed in. Let me know what you guys think!

props: Phoenix Turbo , Flamenco-T , AF-Performance (wiredricky), Team-integra , ATP , JEG`s , XtremeAznX (i think thats his sn) , Quad-Damage , Kaeding Performance , Robear Racing , I`m sure I missed a few but above all, all you Honda-tech bitchus!!1

I am going to get another alarm soon, I will get one afterwards. Got my basemap today and asked casey if they are hiring any shop bitches, apparently he is not involved in hiring "the shop bitchus"

Okay right now some of the issues I am having: Cant seem to get the rights size bolts for the turbine flange, I have 10mm stainless ones but I think I need 11mm, also I have no rubber o ring gasket for the tial BOV. The intercooler piping is for a civic, and needs to be modified for my integra, and I want to rework the dumptube. The exhaust also has to be fitted and welded. I put 2 of the motor mount inserts in yesterday but couldn`t get the back one in

anyone know where I can get a gasket for the v-band clamp on the TiAL bov, and what size bolts to use for the turbine/mani flange?

V-Band clamps don't require a gasket, they are self-sealing.
