Default turbo power beyond 9000rpm

Anybody is making good power above 9000rpm with a turbo setup daily driven? OR does the power fall at about 8000rpm

I just posted a question similar to this one about uping the redline to make power above stock redline on a turbo gsr and everybody that replied said it would be too expensive and not a good idea. Not sure if the same would apply to an R?

I have already eagle Rods, Crower valve spings and ti retainers and a Haltech ECU to raise the redline wherever I want. I want to cut it there, where the power loss gets dramatical. What do you guys think where it will be? Boost will be about 1-1.3 Bar on 9:1 cr.
