Default turbo oil inlet leak HELP PLEASE

just installed my kit and have a problem well have had a problem for a few days, i got a rev hard kit
the turbo oil inlet is leaking at the fitting, i have re tefloned it 3 times and had to retap the threads in the turbo becuase there was threads mising when i got it, i can't replace the fitting because I don't know what size fitting to order, or could this be another problem, please let me know what you guys think or what size fitting i need thanks

also its not pouring out, just enough to notice when I look under the hood, also it seems to only be coming out when its under higher pressure when spooling

Did you actually put teflon tape ON the fitting to connect to the line ?
