ok, i got a stock internal jdm GSR. with s200 looking to turbo very soon. i dont know much about the different turbos. but was looking at pushing 300-350 max whp
exactly what turbo would you suggest. i was looking at the gtk turbos but unsure of results per cost verses any other. so if you had my gsr, what turbo would you put on there. i am involved in SCCA autocross as well as drag racing. fast spool time is needed. but would sacrifice some for top end power. interested in a ball bearing turbine. any suggestions??? anyone? any feedback would be greatly appreciated. thanks again.

looks nice. just picked up that syncrowave 200 looks like you like it? still need to run a subpanel for it. so have yet to use it. i was also looking into the turbonetics t3 t04e hybrid turbo. with ball bearing. talked with turbonetics he reccomended the gtk 350 for the application. but as i have yet to see results. after spending quite some time seeking results. the thread for the gtk, results were never proven. without the bb for the hybrid it runs 950 or something close. and gtk is 1600 dont know if the extra money is worth it. any other turbos reccomended? im not limited to the two i listed. also 1 other question i seen there was an attachment avail for the #3 lead off the tubo manifold anyone care to explain to purpose of it?

if u have the money go for it, a garrett t3/t4 .60/.63 will be fine, i used same exact turbo on my stock gsr, made 306 on 10 pounds

if you want to continue to be competitive in scca, you should avoid the turbo. If i remember correctly there is no class for us turbo honda's.

yeah... id love the more power tho. and the fast spool time would do me better in the sport. its just a preference. rather be turbo. but it would save me a lot of pocket change.
what gt turbos shall i be looking at? anyone have anything against the turbonetics hybrid????????? vs the GTK? for now looking more towards the hybrid.

I used to run a turbonetics (journal bearing) t3/t4 with a .48 exhaust and e (.60) cover. I believe it was a 57 trim. I had full boost by 3500 and a great 5000 rpm powerband )3.5k - 8.5k. Yes I gave up some top end and the turbo ws maxed out by 350hp, but I did use it for autocross a couple of times and the fast spool worked great. good luck
