These are custom TIG welded units from Southern California.

Price depends on quantity. Should be less than $500.

that looks like the maximum performance manifolds...the comapny that advertises in the back of Turbo magazine from Las Vegas...definitely a jiggy manifold. Can we say group buy?

Let me talk to my supplier more on this one.

There is no un-polished version as far as I know.

The wastegate flange is made for a HKS waste-gate but can be adapted to the standard 2 bolt configuration of Turbonetics, Tial, etc.

I'd be down for the manifold. I think that he meant you can just get a HKS wastegate flange to straight pipe to Tial/Deltagate flange so the Tial/Deltagate's bolt on. My friend did this, works fine. That would be awesome if you could get a such a converter...more people would be interested, I know that most ppl on here run the 35mm Tial's.
