turbo manifold and dip stick

I have seen some turbo manifold where it covers the dip stick or block it. I notice this on the lovefabs sst and full race's. WHat do you guy do to check oil level?

if the dipstick is close to clearing the runners you can bend it. I had to bend mine maybe 1/2" to fit between my revhard mani.

just a lil bend up in the dipstick and it clears the full-race manifold.

Looks like it would melt the handle https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...s/emsmilep.gif

Is there an aftermarket dip stick that has a longer handle than the OEM one?

Re: turbo manifold and dip stick (BG Boost)

your gunna want to take that rubber deal off of the dipstick, it will just burn away and make somethin messy.

you had to heat up the dip stick to bend it? it's almost as small as a wire coathanger https://honda-tech.com/forums/images...es/emdgust.gif

even though it looks like it- its not touching the manifold at all...
