Default Turbo LS Dyno numbers - What to expect?

A good friend of mine is having his car worked on at Mainstream Performance in Atlanta. We were talking about how he is going to have his VAFC dyno tuned for the first time and amongst some other thing were mainly wondering what kind of numbers he should expect to see.

We were wondering if any H-T members could help us out from personal experience. His CAR and Modifications are listed as follows...

1998 Integra LS - Automatic - Stock Block/Head

MODs:
T3 50 Trim .48a/r turbine .50a/r compressor side
Equal Length Manifold
3" down pipe - 2.5" Exhaust - Greddy Muffler
Greddy type-s BOV
Turbonetics WG 7psi spring
Skunk 2 intake Manifold
AEM Fuel Rail
AEM Fuel Pressure Regulator
DSM 450cc injectors
VAFC

Anyone on H-T with a T3 turbo on a stock LS motor know what kind of numbers they put down @ 7psi?

200 is possible, but the injectors are gonna limit you big time... the 450s are tiny.. although i made 240 on 8 psi with 370's before..

my roomate made 255 and 222 tq with 11psi on a bone stock LS with 320,000 kms on the motor...
used RC 750cc's though, and only had a 2.5 DP and exhaust..

another local car made 303 whp and 230 tq on a bone stock LS with 11psi, he also had 750s but he had a 3inch open DP...

exhaust, injectors, and a good tune are the 3 things that will get you the power... it cant be made big without those 3 things

Do you think the 3" DP to 2.5" exhaust is going to restrict flow too much?

yes it is...

the exhaust is only as good as its smallest point, on a boosted motor..

the more free flowing it is, the better power its gonna make... im running a 4inch DP this year from my GT35R for the track.. daily driven its going to be 4inch DP to 3inch stainless catback.. No Res, no Cat, just strait back to a 3inch in and out free flow muffler...

I ran full 3inch turbo back last year and made 320whp with mild street tuning on my LS/Vtec.. ran it hard all year... and track raced

k. Well he'll have to change that later. I know he runs a cat delete test pipe already. 3" all the way would help, along with a auto-manual conversion. But it's still a fun dd... We are hoping it puts down around 200whp/170ftlb. I was figuring his main hold back right now is the fact that you can't tune the auto ecu with any SAEM, so he's running the VAFC.

So 200hp is possible? I guess we'll find out in the next couple days.

its auto??

you need a 5 speed to get a good clutch to hold any amount of power, that tranny is gonna DIE hard with any kind of power...

i dunno now man... stock auto might not hold that

I think the tranny should be good to 250 based on some other threads we've read. It's cool if the tranny goes since he's looking to swap that pretty soon anyways... we were just wondering about the T3 @ 7psi.

It seems that from what i've read 200whp is definitely possible with his setup. Nice. Thanks for the knowledge.

yea, you are right.... 200 is fine with the 450s.. but 300 needs bigger... i was more using it as a reference to make 250-300, but he wont get there on 7 psi with that tranny... PERIOD

ok, once again i missed something, i meant with a stock Fuel pressure regulator...

haha man, ur killin me

my 750s were at 79% duty cycle at 8400 rpm to make my 320

with a FPR, you can reduce the load on those 440's
