nope, i'm pretty sure i'm not burning any oil......the turbo is a turbonetics t3/to4b from a drag kit, only has about 2000 miles on it at the most (probably way less).

Re: (buttsneeze)
Mine used to do that after it would sit after driving it. It would burn off after a few minutes of driving. Running a restrictor at the turbo helped quite a bit for me. With a 3an line.
Most turbo's just use air differencial's too seal it up. On mine the only thing there is a snap ring which holds the shaft in.

Yeah, I only notice it after it's been sitting.......i guess it's not really leaking that much, but it's definitely leaking. my oil level looks good every single time i check it, but then again, i don't even drive the car that much.
by the way, where's a good site to order a restrictor with the line?
any other opinions would also be appreciated......

I would check the flange that is bolted to the oil drain on the turbo , I had the same problem and mine had a small crack in it , and mine also came with a drag kit , the flange looked like it was a cast peace not machined like the nicer ones ,

the gasket for that flange was leaking on mine too,im trying to find the same gasket as a matter of fact because i just twisted my center piece of the turbo to have the oil feed straight up and down with the drain

Re: turbo leaking oil, what do you think? (TurbodTegSfaria)
ok, here's a question.....
Since the oil restrictor will change the oil pressure that the turbo sees, will this change the way the turbo spools? Would it make such a difference that I would have to retune the car?
(sorry, just thought i'd ask out of pure curiousity)

ok, but you guys don't know why it stopped?
by the way, i've just spent half an hour searching wether or not i should use an oil restrictor, and now i'm confused more than before?!? some people say not, some people say to.
what about a -2an feed line instead of a restrictor?
