Default turbo install doesnt idle warm

so this past weekend i installed my turbo set up on my 93 Si. after the install it wont idle after its warm. here is my set up:

81.5mm b18c1 block
wiesco pistons (static compression ratio is 10.5-10.7:1)
ARP head studs
eagle rods
LS crank(89mm)
b18c1 head
supertech valvetrain
ITR cams
GE cam gears (both currently set to 0/0)
650cc RC injectors
omnipower 2.5 bar MAP sensor
hondata intake manifold gasket
skunk 2 port matched intake manifold
s2k throttlebody (62.5mm)
Spoolin Performance Log mani
Garrett t3/t4 Super 50 turbo
3in down pipe
3in exhaust (no cat)
Precision 39mm wastegate w/ 8 PSI spring
Front mount intercooler

running a basemap on neptune RTP

well everything went in and i had a big leak at the manifold and it wouldnt idle. so i fixed the leak and its still ran like crap. so i watched the map readings on my tuner view and they were allover the place. so i put the stock map sensor in and set up the basemap to the stock map sensor. started right up, idled perfect. took it around the block(taking it real easy of course) and it seemed to run great. i then let it idle for a little while it warmed up and now as soon as i touch the throttle it dies.

if i get it to rev up a little(2-3-kish) it will revup ok but then stumble. when i let go it trys to catch the idle and stumbles and dies

anyone have any ideas? im waiting for it to cool down now to see if the problem continues after cool down

try checking the TPS sensor, might have to re-calibrate it

i tried recaliberating the TPS but it didnt change anything. i was looking at the ECT corrections and they have vales up to 180 and then they are zero. ill take a screen shot in a few min so you can see that i have

i never start tuning the ect correction to keep a car running on the first start up. you need to let the car warm up then use the fuel trim to keep the car running. increase fuel trim to get the car idleing at the afr you want. as the car gets hotter the afrs will change. get the car to idle steady then turn it off cool down fully start up and adjust the ect correction to keep the afrs at what you want.
watch all this i think it will help

here is the ECT correction table

i would check the wideband but my LC-1 isnt reading right. the sensor is calibrated right according to the LED but its sending a constant 4.55v volts outs analog 2 (brown wire). so till i figure out why thats reading that way i cant use it to help me

I would not attempt to drive it untill you get that wideband fixed. click on fuel injector calibration then over all fuel trim increase that untill it idles like you want . If you follow that video step by step your car will run correct. you have to watch all the videos that go along with that video i think it has 3 parts to the video.

the lc-1 is giving me a "no real time data detected" error. the LM programmer works fine, but the log works wont and its not sending any packets to the "direct serial" gauge window in neptune. i've been poking around the internet and im seeing that it could be either my serial to usb adapter or the terminal plug might not be seated all the way.

looking at the ECT corrections it looks like as soon as the corrections zero out at 177 i start having problems. ill have to get my WB working and see if im just running too lean to run when its warm

by any chance did you mix up the TPS and MAP sensor plugs?

ok so i got my LC-1 working, i needed to change the com port for some reason. set it up and watched my A/F ratio. once the car got to operating temp it would run way lean and die. the ECT corrections were keeping it alive, but when there were no more corrections it would stall.

so i took the overall fuel trim up from 0 to 20 and it now idles right around 14-14.7 @ 900rpms . i then logged some of the A/F ratios in the driveway keeping everything in check and started tuning the low cam map. i bumped the vtec crossover up to 7000rpms to keep from crossing over.

now its very driveable with nice safe A/F ratios. its still a base map so no boost yet. i just emailed Xenocron to try and get a tune appointment for this wed. ill trailer it there since its a little over an hour drive.
