Default Turbo hitting oil stick

I just took out my exhaust manifold with the turbo yesterday to fix something
then i found out that my turbo is in contact with the oil stick, that metal pipe

i can still push it in, it's not in the way that much, but it still touches the turbo
will this cause any problems??
is this possible to make a sound when the turbo is ON??

coz i am hearing a sound like "tak tak tak" would it caused by this when it vibrates when the engine is oN??

mine rubs up against my delta wastegate and exhaust manifold, the rubber scorched off the tip of the top of the dipstick LONG AGO....but i just deal with it and only check my oil when the car is cool (if not i would have 10th degree burns all over my arms and fingers)

Take two pair of pliers. Hold the dipstick with one and bend with the other.
