TURBO gurus: can you guys change my n/a list to a turbo list for a b18b
long story short b18c is lacking in supply, going for the next best thing
Skunk2 Racing Intake Manifold
Skunk2 Racing Adjustable Cam Gears
Skunk2 Racing Valves
Skunk2 Racing Stage II Cams
Skunk2 Racing Valve Springs
Skunk2 Racing Titanium Retainers
STR Pulley Kit
STR Fuel Rail
OBDI Conversion and Chipped P28
Eagle Connecting Rods
Honda Civic Type-R Pistons
B&M Fuel Pressure Regulator
B&M Fuel Pressure Gauge
A’PEXi VTEC AFC Fuel Controller
ARP Head Studs
i have no idea where to even start with prepping the engine for turbo.
goals: i want a pretty good amount of power lets say mid 13's maybe high 12's. im not trying to kill myself and im not greedy either. any help would be appreciated greatly, i just need a good direction. i also have noticed that piecing together a turbo separately can cost cheaper than buying a kit. thank you for taking the time to read this plea for help.

Use the same setup minus the ctr pistons - skunk cams - the chipped p28...
Get some lower cr pistons anywhere from 9:1 - 10:1 , Stock cams , Sc61 and Hondata, yer chillin.

yup no skunk stage 2 cams or ctr piston then just replace it with JE low compression piston and use your stock cams and get turbo and your good to go

toss the vafc, and got a hondata + injectors and you'll be on your way to low 13s, high 12s if you want with a good turbo

To add to what others have said. Toss the fuel rail, pulley kit, retainers (im a fan of stockers), and cam gears. All that money right there will pay for a nice set of cams and then some. AFC could go in favor of hondata. Regulator and gauge really isnt necessary, but check with your tuner on what he recommends as far as injector size and fuel pressure.

so retainers are not really necessary for turbo applications? as far as cams are concerned is there such a thing as an upgrade to ls cams? hondata it is then. no regulator and gauge, but the injector size should compensate for that, correct?

I only recommend stock retainers for longevity. Titanium ones wear faster and have been know to break through cuasing major engne damage.
Stock regulator can be used if your tuner wants to use stock fuel pressure....keep in mind an upgraded pump will often increase fuel pressure by a couple psi. If your running huge injectors then an adjustable regulator may be needed.
Crower, WEB, and Crane along with a couple others all offer upgraded cams for LS motors.
