for turbo gsr cam or type r cam
Now i have a type r cam just not sure wheter is civic type r or integra type r but i heard gsr cam is better for turbo some one please head and for the head is b18c gsr ok for turbo or type r head is better?

type-R better for both, alloys more air/fuel to be forced through the engine resulting in more power and hot exhaust being better carried out from the engine at high revs.

thats what i have many people before told me that it was not good but got them anyway and after talking to inline pro those are the cams they use in there cars so i geuss it ok for me to...

Switched from gsr to itr recently no dyno plots from either or yet but will have the dyno of some itr's on tuesday
